Privacy
Data protection policy under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
Data controller
MAI SOLI association (being formed), Ticino, Switzerland. For any question about data processing: info@maisoli.ch.
What data we collect
We collect only the data you give us voluntarily through the contact form: first and last name, email address, preferred language and the content of your message.
The site uses no cookies, includes no analytics tools, loads no fonts or scripts from external services and passes no data to third parties for advertising. Solely in order to serve the site, the hosting provider may record technical data (IP address, date and time of the request) in its server logs, for security reasons and for a limited period.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to answer your request and, where necessary, for follow-up contact related to that request. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, which you may withdraw at any time.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or transfer your data. Only the technical providers needed to run the site and the email service may access it, bound by confidentiality and only to the extent necessary.
If your request concerns a transplant journey, the necessary data may be shared with the clinical staff or with the service's partners only with your explicit consent and on a case-by-case basis.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as is needed to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations. Once those needs cease, the data is deleted.
Your rights
Within the limits of the revFADP you have the right to obtain information about the data concerning you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, to withdraw your consent and to request that your data be handed over. To exercise these rights, write to info@maisoli.ch.
You also have the right to contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Preliminary version, pending formal establishment. It will be completed with the final name, the registered office and the official contact details, after legal review.
